When I founded this community, I did so with a simple but deeply held belief: that everyone deserves to experience their retirement years with dignity, joy and a vibrant sense of purpose. For as long as I can remember, I have found my greatest fulfillment in caring for people and building spaces where they can truly thrive. 

Phoenix Rising Independent Living, was born out of that passion. We are not just a place to live; we are a neighborhood. We designed this Independent Living community to offer the perfect balance of autonomy and support. Here, you can leave behind the burdens of home maintenance and daily chores, freeing you to focus on what matters most- whether that’s pursuing a lifelong hobby. making new friends, or simply enjoying a peaceful afternoon.

As a community, we hold a deep and personal gratitude for those who have served our country.
